Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. BCSI was founded in February 2023 and incorporated in early 2024. The company is registered under the Government of the Northwest Territories’
Business Incentive Program (BIP). In addition, BCSI is a member of the Federal Government’s Indigenous Business Directory under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business and is IOC recognized at the Giant Mine Remediation Project in NWT. BCSI is also a member of the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business and is a Certified Indigenous Business. BCSI’s core mandate is to act as a strategic bridge between Indigenous governments, proponents, and public-sector partners in the Northwest Territories and across Canada. The company specializes in advancing projects that support economic reconciliation, Indigenous participation, workforce development, and long-term community benefits.
