Set-aside allocations

Although UPIP funding was available through calls for proposals, a certain amount of funding has been allocated in advance to certain organizations. As a result, the Friendship Centre movement has a set allocation for organizational capacity initiatives. These organizations operate on a large scale and are able to reach their members across Canada.
