This fellowship was established by the Manitoba Metis Federation. Fellowships will be awarded annually for students pursuing a degree in the Masters of Indigenous Studies or the Masters of Development Practice. Applicants must provide proof of membership or eligibility for membership with the Manitoba Metis Federation through genealogy which will then be verified by the Louis Riel Institute. Preference is given to full-time students.
