These fellowships support students enrolled in the Master of Arts in Indigenous Governance and the Master's in Development Practice. To be eligible, students must demonstrate financial need and exhibit academic promise. Preference will be given to Indigenouse students. The students who are awarded this fellowship will be known as" the Duff Roblin Scholars", in honour of former Premier Duff Roblin, who served our province from 1958-1967. This Fellowship pays tribute to premier Roblin's, indelible contributions to the Province of Manitoba.
