- - Canadian citizens or permanent residents who live or have lived in Yukon. - Yukon Students enrolled in a Canadian health education or nursing program. - Students who received the Yukon Grant. - Students not eligible for student financial assistance from a jurisdiction outside Yukon. - Students not already being supported by the department of Health and Social Services for health profession education program. - Yukon students who have already started their studies can apply for the remaining period in their education.
