The International Development Research Centre (IDRC) has established this scholarship in support of the Master's in Development Practice (MDP) Program at the University of Winnipeg, focussing on Indigenous development. The IDRC scholarship will provide funding for MDP students in support of the field study component of their degree requirements. This scholarship is renewable for one additional year. The funds will cover the costs of Canadian and international field placements in each of the First and Second year of the MDP. Students selected for this honour will be identified as "IDRC Award Holders".
