- The bursary will be awarded to University of Regina, Aboriginal undergraduate students who meet the following criteria: Enrolled in any degree program at the University of Regina; Minimum Undergraduate Grade Point Average (UGPA) of 60% Registered and remains registered in a minimum of 9 credit hours in the semester the award is presented; and Demonstrated financial need based on (but not limited to) the following types of living expenses: laptops, computer training, transportation, food, clothing, rent, etc.
