- For a graduate of St. John's, Sisler, Children of the Earth or R.B. Russell High Schools who is either Aboriginal, a landed immigrant or a first-generation Canadian with good academic standing, demonstrated participation & leadership abilities and financial need. Minimum high school average of 70%. Demonstration of participation and leadership abilities through volunteer and extracurricular activities, including student government, athletic teams, associations, clubs, charities, religious organizations, part-time and/or summer employment, and a commitment to family.
