You can submit your application, the checklist and all necessary documents in person to:

• any regional office
• your First Nations office, if they offer registration services
• a trusted source, if they offer registration services

Before you go, call to:

• find out if registration services are available and if you need to make an appointment
• confirm what documents you need to bring
