- To be eligible, an applicant must be the first generation in their family to attend postsecondary studies, must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or protected person, be an Ontario resident, be officially enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program, be currently enrolled in first, second, third or fourth year of their program, be enrolled in a minimum of 60% course load per term (3 units or more in the Fall term and 3 units or more in the Winter term), must have a 1.67 CGPA or better, be in clear academic standing and demonstrate financial need.
