- Other Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant must be a Canadian citizen. Must be a graduate of the First Nations University of Canada or the University of Regina enrolled in a Masters or PhD program at a recognized post secondary institution. Must complete an application form in full nomination from her/his faculty advisor and provide confirmation of enrolment endorsed by that institution, academic letter of reference (separate from faculty advisor nominator), personal letter of reference, and an official transcript of marks from previous post secondary institutions. Applicant can only apply once. Selection is based on academic achievement.
