- Applicants must complete the SIGA Scholarship Award Application; must submit a letter of acceptance to a recognized institute; must provide recent transcripts of educational program, updated resume and cover letter, three character and/or work reference letters and essay with a limit of 500 words including career goal/objective and reason(s) why applicant should be selected. Applicants are encouraged to discuss and provide samples of their participation within the community, volunteer activities and how they balance family, employment and education. Selection will be based on commitment to chosen field; level of community participation within cultural events through volunteer and charity involvement; and, individual's needs. Deadline: October 31st of each year.
