- Applicant must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours in any degree program at the University of Regina; must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours in each of the semesters in which the award is given; and must have a minimum of CGPA of 65%, and be a single custodial parent with one or more dependent children. A minimum TGPA of 65% in the Fall semester is required for renewal of the scholarship for the Winter semester. This award is given on the basis of financial need.
