- The scholarship will be awarded to a University of Regina undergraduate student who meets the following criteria: Aboriginal student (self-declared); Pursuing a Bachelor of Science with a major in Computer Science or a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Engineering; Currently registered in second year or higher of study; Is in good academic standing (not on academic probation); Registered in a minimum of 9 credit hours the semester the awards is presented; Involved in extra-curricular activities such as volunteering, athletics and/or cultural activities; and completes written statement about personal career objective. Preference will be given to students pursuing employment in their related field of study (Computer Science or Engineering) upon graduation of their undergraduate degree. Recipients of the award may have the opportunity to interview for potential work term placements or employment opportunities with Shell Canada Limited and consent to have their contact information shared with Shell Canada Limited for potential recruitment purposes.
