- Applicants must enrolled under land claim Sahtu Dene or Métis or be N.W.T. resident who has completed the last two years of high school in the Sahtu Settlement area: must be full-time student during tenure of scholarship in minimum two-year program; pursuing college diploma, university degree, or minimum two-year certificate program in renewable resources or related field; have 70% (b-average) or higher in last year of full-time study; demonstrate financial need; minimum two-year program of study; demonstrate evidence of community involvement, and; state future goals. First year - $2,000; Second year - $2,500; Third and fourth year - $3,500; Graduate (MSc/PhD) - $5,000.
