- To be eligible for sponsorship with BCNEA, applicants must: Be a member of Bigstone Cree Nation – Treaty card, mandatory; Be a member of Bigstone Cree Nation for a minimum of 12 consecutive months – Letter of proof required; Have been accepted into a BCNEA approved non-private Accredited Canadian post-secondary institution; Post-Secondary Program must be a minimum of 2 years in length (i.e.: 16+ months); Must be a resident of Canada for 12 Consecutive months Partial funding may be provided when warranted.)
