- The student must be enrolled in full-time studies in any NorQuest College career program and in the first term of the first year of studies. The student must have an Indigenous heritage as well as demonstrate financial need. The candidate must also provide a personal reference letter from an instructor which describes educational goals, career objectives, and commitment to program of study.
