Select the reason for your secure status card application.

Choose "Replace" if you are applying for a secure status card for any of the following reasons:
  • Your card was lost, stolen or damaged
  • Your personal information has changed
  • You’ve transferred First Nations
  • You want to add the machine-readable zone to facilitate Canada-U.S. border-crossing
